In addition, we have an array of sides from family recipes such as: Aunt Ada's Potato Salad, Big Sam's Baked Beans, Cousin Joe's Greens, Uncle Earl's Coleslaw, Sweet Potato French Fries, Criss-Cut Fries, Fried Jalapenos, Fried Okra, Mashed Potatoes and Cornbread which is served with every order.
After filling up on our mouth-watering barbecue and appetizing sides, leaving room for delectable desserts is a must. Desserts include and assortment of Cobblers (Peach, Cherry, Apple and Blueberry), Glazed Donut Bread, Banana Pudding, Buttermilk Pie, Sweet Potato Pie, Better than Sex Cake, and numerous others made fresh daily.
In staying true to our Louisiana roots, Catfish "Fry" Day features catfish, seasoned in a spiced corn meal. Our catfish fried until golden brown, is a must have.
If it is breakfast that you are looking for, TC's serves breakfast on Saturdays and Sundays only. Breakfast provides a variety of options such as Chicken and Waffles (served daily, all day long), Hand Cut Honey Cured Bacon, Catfish and Eggs, Bayou Buttermilk Waffles, Pork Chops and Eggs, Homemade Sausage, Biscuits and Gravy, Louisiana Style Dipped French Toast, Grits, and Oversized Omelets.
